I found Honey Can Dos phone #(708-240-8100) and called. They will actually replace individual bins for free if it is due to a manufacturer’s defect. Otherwise, you can still purchase them individually for 4.99…

It came in a massive outer box but was well-packaged. After taking everything out of the package which are neither pros nor cons Product arrived quickly. Lightning-quick we had it up in about 20 minutes. A couple of things I noticed with my husband helping just observations:
* the bins don’t sit perfectly at an angle. This isn’t a problem though I think it would be better if the product’s depth were slightly larger as this would allow the bins to seat a bit nicer.
* the rods across the shelf are metal. Not sure why I thought these would be wooden dowels, but upon thinking about it, it’s much nicer to have metal because wood has a tendency to warp.
All in all, it’s quite a nice little organizer. The colors of the bins are attractive. And although our house isn’t completely free of “toy explosions” — this handy little unit makes it a whole lot easier for the toy bomber to clean up her messes.
but we had already put it together and who wants to disassemble and repackage anything!? So I took their offer of a partial refund and will tape the cracked box with clear tape. No big deal.
It was an affordable product and so far well worth it in getting my daughter’s room organized and nearly as adorable as she is! (shameless gloating here) so I contacted amazon.com and they are unable to replace just the bins. They offered a replacement of the entire thing This is a great addition to my daughter’s room. I love the colors and it holds quite a few toys. Wish the shelves were a little farther apart as her toys are a big odd shaped and so the bigger ones have to go on the top shelf.

It is very sturdy although we will probably have to secure it to the wall when he starts pulling himself up and crawling around though It also looks nice in the living room The bins come in and out easily and it holds a good amount of things! I love how I can see everything easily This has been a terrific organizer for us Our son is 5 months old and already has a lot of toys
